Frank is an electrical engineer who works in electro-mechanical product manufacturing for Computer Components Corporation (CCC), compcomp.com.

Leading the manufacturing team at CCC is a great experience allowing me to practice many engineering disciplines. I have been able to get involved helping multiple First Robotics Teams and it is clear how much this teaches all the participants about what it will be like when they are working. It give them some experience and an opportunity discover what they like.  When I hire now, I pay particular attention to those who have First Robotics experience.
