My name is Michael Herrera, I am a Senior in high school, and I enjoy building robots and using machines that can be used to create new things. I was always fascinated by people building machines to do tasks that are both simple and complex. I’m a part of the Build Team for Nemesis and I really enjoy the mechanical part of it. I joined the team because it was a chance for me to put my mechanical skills to the test and be part of an actual robotics team. I was always taught by my grandfather how to use certain power tools and how to use them safely. Some other things that I enjoy doing just as much as building is playing lacrosse in the spring because it is my favorite sport and extra activity. In my free time, you can find me staying busy at my job, gaming, or learning new things about the making of tv shows and movies.
